As of April, Adhi Karya has obtained new contracts worth Rp 3.9 trillion

JAKARTA - PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk (ADHI) has obtained new contracts with a total value of Rp. 3.9 trillion during the period of January to April 2019. The new contracts mostly came from the TOD (Transit Oriented Development) project.

As quoted from the disclosure of company information, Ki Syahgolang Permata, Corporate Secretary of PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk (ADHI) stated that the new contracts mostly came from PT Adhi Commuter Properti (Rp. 415 billion) and the renovation of  Ministry of Transportation's building (Rp. 158.1 billion).

Most of the new contracts obtained in April 2019 were came from the construction and energy business (81.1%), property business (18.6%), and the rest of them came from other business lines. Based on the type of work, the new contracts came from building projects (68.5%), followed by roads and bridges (2.4%), and other infrastructures (29.1%).

Finally, the source of funding of the new contracts came from the government (6.7%), state-owned enterprises (86.4%), and other private sectors (6.9%). (LK/AR)
