JAKARTA - PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk (AMRT), company retail trade, disburses the dividend of Rp 259.11 billion of the net profit at Rp 650 billion from the book year of 2018. The dividend divides into interim dividend and cash dividend.
Based on the company's information disclosures, the allocating net profit has decided in the annual general meeting of shareholders that held on May 16, 2019. The net profit has allocated for the reverse fund at Rp 1 billion, the dividend of Rp 259.11 billion, and retained earning at Rp 390.02 billion.
On December 14, 2018, the company has disbursement the interim dividend of Rp 149.48 billion or equals Rp 3,60 per share and cash dividend a worth Rp 109.62 billion or equals Rp 2.60 per share will be distributed on June 18, 2019.
