JAKARTA. PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk (AMRT) distributes cash dividends of Rp 260 billion or around 40% of the total net profit obtained by the company in the 2018 fiscal year.
Tomin Widian, Corporate Secretary of AMRT, said that as much as Rp 150 billion of dividends had been distributed in December 2018, with a value of Rp 3.6 per share. "The rest is around Rp 110 billion or Rp 2.64 per share," Widian said at the Public Expose held last week.
The second phase of dividend distribution will be held on 18 June, with the implementation schedule of Cum Dividend in the Regular Market on 24 May and Cum Dividend at the Cash Market on 28 May.
In 2018, AMRT's net profit reached 650 billion, up from Rp 300 billion recorded in the previous year. The achievement was supported by the company's revenue which reached Rp 66.82 trillion. (KR/AR)
