JAKARTA - PT Bumi Teknokultura Unggul Tbk (BTEK) will change its private placement plan to a rights issue plan instead. The company will request the approval for this change of plans to the company's shareholders in the shareholders meeting that will be held on 5 June 2019.
As quoted from the disclosure of company information, Adi Sutanto, Director of PT Bumi Teknokultura Unggul Tbk (BTEK) stated that the plan was changed due to the fluctuations in stock prices on the stock market. "And, the company asked the shareholders to approve the rights issue of 4,627,745,000 shares or 9.99% of the issued and paid-up capital," he said.
The shares from the rights issue will be offered to Golden Harvest Cocoa Limited and investors who provide the best offer (LK/AR)
