JAKARTA - PT Multi Indocitra Tbk (MICE) will distribute dividends of Rp 6 billion or Rp 10 per share for the 2018 fiscal year. The decision was made at the company’s Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) on Thursday (23/5).
MICE Director Hendro Wibowo said that the dividends will be paid on June 23, 2019. The amount is 18.18% of the company’s 2018 net profit.
In 2018, MICE recorded a net profit drop of 50.47% year on year (yoy) to Rp 33 billion. In 2017, the company pocketed net profit of Rp 66.63 billion.
Mr Wibowo said that MICE is committed to distributing dividends to shareholders as the company’s responsibility. For the 2017 fiscal year, the company also paid dividends with the same amount.
