Adhi Karya aims to obtain Rp 1.02 billion by offering Shelf Registration Bonds

JAKARTA - PT Adhi Karya (PerseroTbk (ADHI) aims to obtain Rp 1.02 trillion by offering Shelf Registration Bonds II Phase II/2019. The fund will be used as the company's working capital.

Based on the company's prospectus, the obligation is divided into two series, series A and B. Series A is offered at Rp 556 billion with an interest rate of 9.25% per year for three years. While series B is offered at Rp. 473 billion with an interest rate of 9.75% per year for five years.

The underwriters are PT Bahana Securities, PT BCA Securities, PT BNI Securities, PT Danareksa Securities, and PT Mandiri Securities. While the trustee is PT Bank Mega Tbk (MEGA). Pefindo has given an A- rating for the period of 1 April 2019 - 1 April 2020. (LK/AR)
