JAKARTA - PT MD Pictures Tbk (FILM) has used Rp 130.39 billion of rights issue funds, for working capital and investment needs.
Venkatachari Soundararajan, Director of FILM, said that Rp 92.47 billion of rights issue funds were used for working capital as of May 31. He also mentioned in the disclosure of information on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), the rights issue fund allocated for the company's investment needs reached Rp 27.92 billion.
For information, FILM has received approval from shareholders to hold a rights issue on May 7. "It has already taken place and been approved at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPSLB)," said Soundararajan. (KR)
