JAKARTA - General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) of PT Paramita Bangun Sarana Tbk (PBSA) today (14/6) approved the distribution of cash dividends of Rp 19.5 billion. This value is equivalent to dividend distribution to shareholders of Rp 13 per share.
For information, the company's net revenue in 2018 was recorded at Rp 359 billion. This achievement decreased compared to the previous year of Rp 630 billion.
In line with the decline in revenue, the company's net profit was also eroded from Rp 97 billion in 2017 to Rp 42 billion in 2018.
For information, the company targets income in 2019 amounting to Rp 525 billion. (LM)
