JAKARTA - PT Pembangunan Jaya Ancol Tbk (PJAA) will distribute dividends of Rp 84.79 billion or Rp 53 per share for the 2018 fiscal year. The amount is 37.96% of the company’s 2018 net profit of Rp 223 billion.
As reported by Kontan.co.id, PJAA’s Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) on Thursday (20/6) also decided to allocate 62.04% or Rp 138.58 billion of the company’s 2018 net profit as retained earnings, while the remaining 1% or Rp 2.23 billion is used as reserve funds.
According to PJAA Corporate Secretary Division Head Agung Praptoono, the company’s current businesses all contributed to its 2018 revenue, which grew 3.54% year on year (yoy) to Rp 1.284 trillion. The company’s net profit also surged 1.44% from Rp 220 billion in 2017.
Meanwhile, PJAA’s liabilities dropped 27.19% to Rp 1.76 trillion and equity rose 6.79% to Rp 2.13 trillion. In 2018, the number of visitors to the Ancol Dreamland was recorded at 18.56 million. (MS)
