JAKARTA - Citilink Indonesia managed to record a 94.88% on-time performance (OTP) during the 2019 Eid-ul-Fitr holiday season. According to Citilink CEO Juliandra Nurtjahjo, the number is higher than the airline’s OTP of 90.29% in the previous year.
“This achievement poses a challenge for the company to maintain or improve its services, particularly in the area of punctuality in Indonesian aviation,” said Mr Nurtjahjo in an official statement, Sunday (23/6).
Mr Nurtjahjo added that the achievement is an acknowledgement to the airline’s effort to improve services, especially in regards to punctuality. The airline has prepared a number of strategic measures to ensure operational stability and punctuality, including by socialising pre-flight provisions to passengers.
In addition, Citilink also provides numerous self-check-in facilities through its mobile app and website. The airline also conducts routine checks to ensure that all operational lines work adequately. (MS)
