JAKARTA - PT Ateliers Mecaniques D’Indonesie Tbk (AMIN) or Atmindo will distribute dividends of Rp 8.64 billion or Rp 8 per share for the 2018 fiscal year. The amount is 26.71% of the company’s 2018 net profit of Rp 32.35 billion.
Based on the company’s announcement at the Indonesian Central Securities Depository (ICSD), the dividends will be paid on July 22, 2019 to shareholders registered by the recording date of July 3. The decision was approved at Atmindo’s Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) on June 20.
As well as dividends, Atmindo will also allocate Rp 50 million of its 2018 net profit as reserve funds, while the rest will be kept as retained earnings. Based on AMIN’s stock price of Rp 372 per share at the end of the first trading session on Tuesday (25/6), the dividends have a yield of 2.15%. (MS)
