JAKARTA - PT MNC Land Tbk (KPIG) aims to increase its sales revenue by 10% this year from the realization last year of Rp 992.45 billion. In the second semester of 2019, the company aims to improve the performance of Oakwood Hotel, Residence Surabaya, and Lido Lake Resort.
Based on the disclosure of company information, Lido Lake Resort's occupancy rate remained at 50%, even though the renovation of the resort had been completed at the end of 2018. Considering the increasing demand from tourist groups in the area, management decided to build additional rooms in the resort area. With increasing market demand, the occupancy rate is projected to be at 80% by 2020.
Lido Lake Resort is built on 400 hectares of land. At present, the company has developed an 82-hectare golf course, 4 kilometers-long road, and 6-kilometers-long road for the residential area. (LK)
