JAKARTA - PT Wilmar Cahaya Indonesia Tbk (CEKA), a palm oil company, will distribute cash dividends of Rp 59.50 billion, taken from its net profit in the 2018 financial year of Rp 92.64 billion. The amount of dividends given was higher than in 2018 of Rp 26.77 billion.
As quoted from the disclosure of company information, aside from the cash dividends, the shareholders of Wilmar Cahaya Indonesia Tbk (CEKA) have agreed to allocate Rp 500 million of its net profit as reserve fund and Rp 32.64 billion as retained earnings.
In 2018, Willmar recorded sales revenue of Rp 3.62 trillion, Rp 274.35 billion in gross profit, and Rp 100.37 billion in comprehensive profit.
The company's shareholders also decided to replace Hendri Saksti as President Commissioner and give the position to Darwin Indigo. (LK/AR)
