JAKARTA. As of June 2019, PT Adhi Karya Tbk (ADHI) has obtained new contracts with a total value of Rp. 5.4 trillion. This number is 12.21% higher than the number from the previous month (May 2019) of Rp 4.6 trillion.
Corporate Secretary of ADHI, Ki Syahgolang, said that the realization of the acquisition of new contracts until June 2019 was dominated by a flat project in Tangerang, with a total value of Rp 206 billion. "In addition, the construction of the Financial Services Authority building located in Solo and Yogyakarta with a contract worth Rp 120.1 billion," he explained as quoted by Kontan.co.id, Thursday (11/7).
Ki Syahgolang said that the details of the contribution of each business line are as follows: construction and energy business (81.6%), followed by property (18.1%) and the rest are from other business lines.
Of the types of projects, the dominant one is building (71.5%), followed by road and bridge projects (4.4%), and infrastructure projects and others (24.1%). Meanwhile, based on the funding source, most of them came from SoEs (BUMN) (72.9%), the government (18.8%), and private sector (8.3%). (AM/AR)
