JAKARTA - PP Urban is ready to come back with the latest project to be introduced in the Indonesia Properti Expo 2019 (IPEX) at the end of next July.

"This is a proof that we are serious about managing and developing Urbantown. The property market for the lower middle class is still quite responsive for our first two projects. We offered Urbantown Serpong at very affordable prices, starting from Rp 190 million, while the Karawang Urbantown can be owned for Rp 200 million," said Budi Suanda, PT PP Urban Realty Director. 

For information, Urban Tower, the first Urbantown Serpong tower is almost completed and is in the finishing stage. For the second tower, Millenia Tower, will be completed by the end of 2020.
