JAKARTA - PP Urban is ready to come back with the latest project to be introduced in the Indonesia Properti Expo 2019 (IPEX) at the end of next July.
"This is a proof that we are serious about managing and developing Urbantown. The property market for the lower middle class is still quite responsive for our first two projects. We offered Urbantown Serpong at very affordable prices, starting from Rp 190 million, while the Karawang Urbantown can be owned for Rp 200 million," said Budi Suanda, PT PP Urban Realty Director.
For information, Urban Tower, the first Urbantown Serpong tower is almost completed and is in the finishing stage. For the second tower, Millenia Tower, will be completed by the end of 2020. As well as Urbantown Karawang, residential areas with Spanish architecture, are completing the construction of the Barcelona Tower with the second tower that has 16 floors.
Successfully marketing two Urbantown projects, PT PP Urban once again introduced its newest project, Sudimara Forestwalk. Sudimara Forestwalk is a PT PP Urban megaproject ready to enliven the Indonesia Property Expo (IPEX) event in July. Located near the two commuter line stations,, only ± 500 meters from Sudimara Station and 1.9 KM to St. Jurangmangu, this project is in the prestigious Bintaro area.
The megaproject planned to be developed on an area of 4.8 hectares will absorb investment of more than Rp 2.3 trillion consisting of seven vertical residential towers and commercial facilities. Besides being launched in two types, namely studio and two bedrooms, there is also a type of loft for customers who want a more spacious and modern unit.
