JAKARTA - PT Unitras Pertama has purchased 22.6 million shares in PT Saratoga Investama Sedaya Tbk (SRTG) for investment purposes. Based on an information disclosure to the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), Unitras Pertama carried out the purchase from July 5 to 15, 2019.
From July 5 to 11, Unitras Pratama carried out three transactions with 5 million shares each, which were followed by the purchase of 7.6 million shares on the 15th. The purchasing price is reported to have been Rp 3,880 per share.
In total, Unitras Pratama invested Rp 87.68 billion in the corporate action. Thanks to the purchase, Unitras Pertama’s stake in SRTG has increased from 31.68% to 32.51%.
At the close of trading on Tuesday (16/7), SRTG’s stock price fell by 30 points or -0.85% to Rp 3,250 per share. Throughout 2019, SRTG’s stock price has been corrected by 7.37%. (MS)
