JAKARTA - Property developer Emerald Land Development is collaborating with PT Samudera Teknindo Hydraumatic on a 50-hectare mixed use project named Emerald Neopolis in Karawang, West Java.

Emerald Land CEO Dodi Pramono explained that the project will integrate landed houses, apartments, hotels, business centres, educational institutions, and office spaces adjacent to the Karawang Industrial Area. The first phase of the project is estimated to cost Rp 100 billion.

“The funds are sourced from the company’s internal cash. Subsequent investments will be combined with bank financing,” wrote Mr Pramono in an official statement, Tuesday (23/7).

Mr Pramonoa added that Emerald Neopolis is being developed gradually, starting from a 34-ha landed residential area to the development of high-rise buildings such as apartment and office buildings on a 16-ha area. (MS)
