Cleo's records 63.63% growth in sales to 491.98 billion

JAKARTA - The net sales revenue of PT Sariguna Primatirta Tbk (CLEO), a mineral water company, increased by 63.63% in the first semester of 2019 to Rp 366.46 billion from Rp 223.95 billion in the same period in 2018.

Based on the company's financial statement in the first semester in 2019, increasing sales revenue was supported from all business line, such as bottle, gallon, glass, and others. The bottle sales was recorded at Rp 134.67 billion, gallon at Rp 100.98 billion, glass at Rp 129.12 billion, and others at Rp 1.68 billion. In the same period in 2018, the bottle sales was recorded Rp 95.95 billion, gallon at Rp 72.80 billion, glass at Rp 56.95 billion, and others at Rp 1.23 billion.

During this period, the market sales composition was mainly generated from Java, Bali, North Sumatera, South Kalimantan, NTB, and Southeast Sulawesi. East Java market posted sales of Rp 281.28 billion, West Java of Rp 90.20 billion, Central Java of Rp 40.29 billion, Bali Rp 22.49 billion, North Sumatera of Rp 17.89 billion, South Kalimantan of Rp 16.28 billion, West Nusa Tenggara of Rp 13.48 billion, Southeast Sulawesi of Rp 577 million.

Related to increase in sales, Cleo also recorded an increase in profit. During the period, the company recorded the profit for the year of Rp 63.93 billion, rose by 130.54% compared with the same period in 2018, its profit reached Rp 27.73 billion. (LK)
