JAKARTA - PT MNC Vision Networks Tbk (IPTV) recorded revenue of Rp 84.68 billion and net profit at Rp 24.79 billion in June 2019. The company is optimistic could increase its performance after acquiring 60% stake of PT Digital Vision Nusantara (K-Vision).
Based on the company's information disclosure, the total asset recorded was Rp 78.25 billion and the total liability of Rp 267.81 billion, while the total deficit equity of Rp 189.56 billion. In December 2018, the total asset recorded was Rp 50.88 billion, the total liability of Rp 265.42 billion, and the deficit equity of Rp 214.54 billion.
MNC Vision Networks debuted in the capital market on July 8, 2019, by issuing 3,522,000 shares with a price of Rp 240 per share and managed to raise fund up to Rp 845.28 billion. By issuing new shares, the company aims to acquire 60% stake of K-Vision amounting to Rp 897.19 billion.
The stockholder composition after acquisition K-Vision is as follows PT Visual Cemerlang Investama Rp 598.12 billion, PT Buana Investama Gemilang Rp 10 million, and PT MNC Vision Networks of Rp 897.19 billion. The capital structures consisted of authorised capital of Rp 5 trillion and the issued and paid-up capital of Rp 1.49 trillion. (LK)
