Arkha Jayanti allocates Rp 249.42 billion in CaPex

JAKARTA - PT Arkha Jayanti Persada Tbk (ARKA), a machinery and heavy equipment company, allocates its capital expenditure (CaPex) budget of Rp 249.42 billion in the first semester of 2019. The CaPex is accumulated of its CaPex in 2018 amounting of Rp 237.08 billion.

Based on the company's information disclosure, Arkha's capex is allocated for the building, vehicles, machinery and factory equipment, inventory offices, and vehicles rent. The building budget allocated Rp 38.12 billion, the vehicles of Rp 53.97 billion, the machinery and factory equipment at Rp 134.71 billion, the inventory offices at Rp 1.58 billion, and the additional CaPex for the rent vehicles of Rp 21.21 billion. However, the CaPex budget has not been using in this year.

The company debuted on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) on July 10, 2019, by releasing 500 million stocks. By offering stock price at Rp 236 per share, the company raised a fund of Rp 118 billion. The IPO fund is using as the working capital to aim the growth performance in years ahead. (LK)
