JAKARTA - PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk (AMRT) has acquired a 75% stake in PT Global Loyalti Indonesia (GLI), which engages in loyalty programmes.
AMRT invested Rp 17.8 billion to acquire 15,000 shares in GLI. The corporate action aims to strengthen the synergy between GLI’s loyalty programmes and AMRT’s shopping app.
“We are studying consumers’ interest. Our services will be improved with partnerships and other things,” AMRT Corporate Affairs Director Solihin told Kontan.co.id, Wednesday (7/8).
According to Mr Solihin, currently AMRT continues to develop payment solutions in addition to shopping services, and carries out digital service development. Thus, the company is open to collaborations with numerous parties. (MS)
