JAKARTA. PT Mega Perintis Tbk (ZONE) received an additional credit from PT Bank Central Asia (BBCA) worth Rp 107.11 billion, after making a debt transfer with its subsidiary.
FX Afat Adinata, President Director of ZONE, said that the credit facility consists of Local Credit with a limit of Rp 7.5 billion with a one-year tenor and Time Loan of Rp 77.5 billion with a one-year tenor. In addition, BBCA also provides an additional Installment Loan credit facility with a value of Rp 15 billion with a tenor of 5 years, a Bank Guarantee of Rp 2 billion with a tenor of one year, and an Investment Credit of Rp 5.11 billion with a tenor until July 2022.
Adinata said that the additional credit facility will be used to support the capital expenditure of the company and its subsidiary this year. "So it will provide ever-increasing returns," said Adinata. (KR/AR)
