JAKARTA - PT Kimia Farma (Persero) Tbk (KAEF) will conduct a rights issue by offering 1,578,947,368 series B shares. The funds from the corporate action will be used to expand the business of the company and its subsidiaries.
Based on the disclosure of company information, the corporate action will be done within 12 months after being approved by the company's Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGM) that will be held on 18 September 2019.
Shareholders who do not exercise their rights in the private placement will have their shares diluted by 22.14%. (LK/AR)
