Sarana Menara has obtained long-term contracts with a total value of Rp 42.6 trillion

JAKARTA. PT Sarana Menara Nusantara Tbk (TOWR) recorded revenue growth of 7.97% in the first semester (1H) of 2019 from Rp 2.8 trillion to Rp 3.03 trillion.

Adam Ghifari, Deputy Managing Director of TOWR, said that by June, management had obtained long-term contracts with a total value of Rp 42.6 trillion, higher than the record from the end of last year of Rp 26.06 trillion.

According to him, most of the contracts came from XL, Tri, and Smartfren. "This is indeed rather extraordinary because they want the contract to be extended for the next 10 years immediately," he said as quoted by KONTAN on Tuesday (20/8).

He said that the company's management will continue to look for opportunities to obtain more contracts. 

Until the end of the year it targets organically to have 30,000 tower leases or rental points with a tenancy ratio of 1.63. As of June, management has recorded 29,150 rental points with a tenancy ratio of 1.61. (AM/AR)
