JAKARTA - PT Trimitra Propertindo Tbk (LAND) changed the allocating fund composition of rights issue, where its decision had been aproved by the shareholder in the extraordinary general shareholder of meeting on August 26, 2019.
Based on the prospectus on August 10, 2019, the company allocated the fund from the rights issued for payment bank loan Rp 50 billion, the working capital of Rp 51.57 billion, and the build tower II of Rp 200 billion.
The changing allocation fund based on the shareholderd approvement, consisted of the payment bank loan of Rp 60 billion, the working capital of Rp 41.58 billion, and the build tower II of Rp 200 billion. (LK)
