JAKARTA. PT Avrist Assurance aims to record premium income of Rp 3 trillion this year, higher than last year's realization of Rp 1.6 trillion.
"We are targeting that 80%of the premium income will come from individuals and the rest is from employee benefit division (EBD). At present the composition is still the same, 80% from individuals and 20% from EBD, "said Finance Director of Avrist Assurance, Kan Tak Ho, some time ago.
To increase premium income this year, Avrist has prepared a number of strategies. The first is to recruit agents massively to market insurance products that are close to millennial. Second, ensuring product marketing is in accordance with the needs of the Indonesian people. Specifically, pension insurance, health insurance, and life insurance.
By June 2019, Avrist Assurance has recorded premium income of Rp 1.65 trillion (YoY), up from Rp 797.09 billion. While investment returns reached Rp 346.59 billion as of June 2019, compared to last year's record which was minus Rp 112.51 billion. (AM/AR)
