JAKARTA. The revenue of PT Royal Prima Tbk (PRIM), a company engaged in the field of healthcare services, fell by 17.9% in the first semester (1H) of 2019 to Rp 78.92 billion.
In the company's disclosure of information, it was stated that the decline also reduced the company's net profit from Rp 8.17 billion recorded in 1H 2018 to Rp 2.02 billion
In the first semester of this year, PRIM's largest revenue contributor was the hospital facilities business line (Rp 2.21 billion), followed by doctor and nurse services (Rp 1.55 billion), drug and medical equipment sales (Rp 1.5 billion) and other businesses (Rp 1.21 billion).
For information, PRIM was founded in 2013 in Medan. The company manages the two biggest hospitals in Sumatra, Royal Prima Medan and Royal Prima Jambi. (KR/AR)
