JAKARTA - PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (BDMN) and PT Bank Nusantara Parahyangan Tbk (Bank BNP), members of the Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group, Inc. ("MUFG") has completed business merger process operationally.
Bank BNP customers can now enjoy a variety of Bank Danamon's products and services; national network consisting of 464 branches and 1,400 ATM machines and access to more than 60,000 ATM machines through ATM Bersama, PRIMA, and ALTO networks spread across 34 provinces. In addition, customers can access Bank Danamon's Digital Banking services, including Internet Banking, Mobile Banking and SMS Banking.
With this merger, Bank Danamon has become part of MUFG Bank as the largest bank in Japan and one of the leading financial institutions in the world. Bank Danamon will be able to access the strengths, expertise and MUFG network to serve customers and facilitate Bank Danamon's growth in realizing long-term value for all stakeholders. (LM)
