JAKARTA - PT Protelindo, a subsidiary of PT Sarana Menara Nusantara Tbk (TOWR) distributes the interim dividend worth Rp 50 billion from the profit for the period of 2019 (July 1, 2019-August 31, 2019 period). The interim dividend disbursement will not impact to decrease in the asset and capital.
Maya Marcella, Corporate Secretary of PT Protelindo, stated the interim dividend disbursement based on the UU No.4/2007 regarding on Perseroan Terbatas (company). Moreover, the company has the ability to disburse the dividend before the book year 2019 is ending, and disbursement dividend is conducted base on the decision of boards directors after approved by the shareholders in the general annual meeting of shareholders.
According to her, interim dividend disbursement will not bother the company's operating and the liability to the creditor's parties. (LK)
