JAKARTA. The consecutive purchase of Eagle High Plantations Tbk (BPWT) shares, which was made by several parties including the company's commissioner, had raised its price by 14.88% in the period of 4-10 September.
Ali Abbas Badre Alam, a commissioner at BPWT, was listed as a BPWT shareholder on 6 September 2019 when he purchased 26,693,200 shares in 5 transactions for Rp 126 to Rp 132 per share. 13,346,600 of them were bought at a price of Rp 131 per share.
Previously, the price of the shares was stagnant at the level of Rp 121 per share until 4 September. (AM/AR)
