JAKARTA. PT PP Properti Tbk (PPRO) is ready to sell its projects in Grand Sungkono Lagoon (GSL) and Grand Samaya in Surabaya, as well as the Mazhoji project in Depok in the fourth quarter of this year.
Indaryanto, Director of PP Properti, said that his party is still optimistic that the achievements this year will be better than last year, since some of its projects were sold in large numbers. "The purchase can be either the whole tower or half of it," he said as quoted by Kontan.co.id on Tuesday (10/9).
He mentioned that there were three projects that were being discussed, two in Surabaya and one in Depok. However, which one will be purchased, Indaryanto is still not willing to disclose. The sales of the three towers will increase marketing sales by Rp 1.8 trillion.
At the first semester, PPRO only recorded marketing sales of Rp 945 billion. While the target for the year is Rp 3.7 trillion. (AM/AR)
