JAKARTA. PT Sinarmas Sekuritas did not want to give a response to the news circulating in the capital market about an error in the input of its purchase order for PT Gudang Garam Tbk (GGRM) shares, from 35,000 shares to 35,000 lots (35 million shares), on Thursday (12/9) yesterday.
When contacted by idnfinancials.com on Friday (9/13) afternoon, one of the Sinarmas Sekuritas staff asked to wait for a response from management regarding the news. But when contacted again, she said management reluctant to give an official statement.
Sinarmas Sekuritas purchased 3.446 million GGRM shares with a transaction value of around Rp 251.5 billion. Sinarmas actively made purchases in the second session at a price range of Rp 69,175 to Rp 73,675 per share. By the end of the second trading session, the transaction volume of GGRM shares reached 8.49 million shares, with a value of around Rp 501.59 billion.
Foreign investors also sold 2.16 million shares. While foreign buy was only recorded at 783,700 shares. (KR/AR)
