JAKARTA - PT MNC Sky Vision Tbk (MSKY) aims to obtain Rp 847.60 billion in its private placement which will be held on 23 September 2019. The funds will be used to strengthen the company's capital structure and increase the company's capital expenditure (CapEx) budget.
As quoted from the disclosure of company information, in this corporate action, MNC Sky Vision will release 906,532,036 shares at a price of Rp 935 per share. The results of the private placement will be announced on 25 September 2019.
At present, MNC Sky has an authorized capital of Rp 2.4 trillion and Rp 906.53 billion of paid-up capital. (LK/AR)
