JAKARTA - The Composite Stock Price Index (JCI) closed trading session I at 6,251.51. JCI dropped by 25.12 points or 0.4% from yesterday's closing at 6,276.63. Until this afternoon, JCI was observed to move in the range of 6,245.73 and 6,281.82.
A total of nine sectors weakened in session I and dragged JCI into the red zone. The biggest decline occurred in miscellaneous industrial sectors which fell 1.2%. The only sector that survived in session I today is the property sector.
The top losers in the trading session I were PT Tira Austenite Tbk (TIRA), PT Indonesian Tobacco Tbk (ITIC) and PT Asia Pacific Investama Tbk (MYTX). (LM)
