JAKARTA - PT Austindo Nusantara Jaya Tbk (ANJT) provides loan facility worth US$ 15 million for its subsidiary, PT Austindo Nusantara Jaya Agri (ANJA).
As quoted from the disclosure of company information, Lucas Kurniawan, Director of PT Austindo Nusantara Jaya Tbk (ANJT) said the loan facility will be used as the working capital and support the operation of ANJA. The agreement for the facility is valid since 8 October 2019 until 7 October 2020, and will be automatically extended for one year.
The interest rate in the loan facility is LIBOR + 2.5% per year. (LK/AR)
