JAKARTA. PT Champ Resto Indonesia, owner and operator of a number of well-known food and beverages (F&B) brands, plans to list its shares (IPO) on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.
According to a source quoted by Bisnis Indonesia on Tuesday (15/10) yesterday, the company may obtain US$ 150 million or around Rp 2.12 trillion from the IPO. In considering the IPO plan, Champ Resto received support from Capsquare Asia Partners.
According to the source, Champ Resto is expected to conduct IPO in the second quarter of 2020. However, the company and Capsquare did not provide further confirmation.
For information, Champ Resto was established in 1997 in Bandung, West Java. The F&B network runs the Gokana Ramen & Teppan, Raa Cha Suki & BBQ, Gobic, BMK Baso Malang Karapitan, BMK Baso Mie Kopi, Platinum, and Chopstix. (KR/AR)
