CIMB Niaga's credit card outstanding loans grew 11.3% yoy

JAKARTA - During the first nine months of 2019, CIMB Niaga's credit card outstanding loan grew 11.3% yoy to Rp 9.23 trillion.

CIMB Niaga Consumer Banking Director Lani Darmawan said the positive achievement was supported by a number of initiatives carried out in the first nine months of 2019. "We successfully held a travel fair, continued to add new credit card holders, and provided various programs and promos and installments in collaboration with selected merchants, so that credit card outstanding loan continue to grow,” said Lani in Jakarta.

Towards the end of the year, CIMB Niaga has prepared a number of programs to increase credit card transactions, particularly in the e-commerce and tourism sectors. For e-commerce, CIMB Niaga will participate in the National Online Shopping Day (Harbolnas) on 12 December 2019.

Meanwhile, in the tourism sector, CIMB Niaga continues to enhance cooperation with the AccorHotels network, especially in Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore, to provide convenience and comfort for credit card holders in celebrating year end holidays. (LM)
