PTPP will issue bonds with a total value of Rp 1.25 trillion

JAKARTA. PT Pembangunan Perumahan (Persero) Tbk (PTPP) plans to issue Shelf Registration Bonds II phase II/2019 with a total value of Rp 1.25 trillion to obtain funds to pay off debts and finance its projects.

The bonds are part of PTPP Shelf Public Offering II. The company expects to obtain Rp 3 trillion from the public offering.

The Rp 1.25 trillion bonds will be issued in 2 series; Series A with a total value of Rp 1 trillion, a fixed interest rate of 8.5% per year and a 3-year tenor. While Series B has a total value of Rp 250 billion,  a fixed interest rate of 8.5% per year and a 5-year tenor.

PT BNI Sekuritas, PT Danareksa Sekuritas, and PT Mandiri Sekuritas have been appointed as bond underwriters. Meanwhile, PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Barat and Banten Tbk (BJBR) acted as trustees. This bond plan is rated "idA+" by Pefindo. (KR/AR)
