JAKARTA - PT Indika Energy Tbk (INDY) purchased 177,389 of Nusantara Resources Ltd's shares for AUS$ 51,442.81.
As quoted from the company disclosure, the purchase was made after Nusantara Resources issued 666,667 new shares after the abolition of its royalty agreement with Vista Gold Corp.
As quoted from its financial statements, INDY owns a 19.9% stake in Nusantara through its subsidiary, PT Indika Mineral Investindo (IMI). (LK/AR)
