JAKARTA - PT Mega Perintis Tbk (ZONE) expects to obtain Rp 31.75 billion through its private placement that will take place on 29 November 2019. In the corporate action, the company will issue 73,171,478 shares at an exercise price of Rp 434 per share.
As quoted from the company disclosure, the plan was approved by the company's Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) on 13 November 2019. ZONE will announce the results of the private placement on 3 December 2019.
PT Jabaya Adi Kriya and PT Jabaya Adi Investama will participate in the private placement. (LK/AR)
