JAKARTA - PT Pemeringkat Efek Indonesia (Pefindo) assigned "idAAA" rating to PT Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk (BNGA) and the company's Shelf Registration Bond II / 2016. In addition, Pefindo also affirmed "idAAA (sy)" rating for Shelf Registration Sukuk Mudharabah I / 2018 and "idAA" rating for Subordinated Bond III / 2018.
In its report, Pefindo also gave an "idAAA (sy)" rating for Shelf Registration Bonds III / 2019 with a maximum principal of Rp 6 trillion and an "idAA" rating for Subordinated Bonds I / 2019 with a maximum principal of Rp 2 trillion.
This rating period is valid from 10 September 2019 to 1 September 2020. In addition, Pefindo also assigned an outlook for corporate credit rating at a stable level. (LM)
