Rubicon Investments' became new controlling Radana Finance

JAKARTA - Rubicon Investments Holdings Pte Ltd took over 47.51% or as many as 1,106,919,933 shares of PT Radana Bhaskara Finance Tbk (HDFA) at a price of Rp 66.53 per share. The total purchase value of the shares reached Rp 73.63 billion, which was carried out through a rights issue that conducted yesterday.

Quoted from the disclosure of company information, Evy Indahwati, President Director of PT Radana Bhaskara Finance Tbk (HDFA) said the seller in the transaction, namely PT Tiara Marga Trakindo (TMT), PT Inti Prima Investment (IIP), PT Eliora Lumina Indonesia (ELI), and PT HD Corpora (HDC). TMT as the old controller has no affiliation with Rubicon.

With the acquisition of HDFA shares, Rubicon wants to expand its business activities in Indonesia. Rubicon is owned by Archipelago Asia Focus Fund Pte Ltd in Singapore. Controllers of this company are Jovasky Pang, Chan Kiat, and Lim Eng Khim. (LK)
