JAKARTA - During the meeting of the board of directors of PT Jasa Armada Indonesia Tbk (IPCM), it was decided that the company will distribute an interim dividend of Rp 15.85 billion.
As quoted from the company disclosure, Eddy Haristiani, Corporate Secretary of PT Jasa Armada Indonesia Tbk (IPCM) said that the value of the interim dividend is Rp 3 per share.
Cum dividend shares will be available in the regular and negotiations market until 3 December 2019, and in the cash market until 5 December. Dividend payments will be made on 26 December 2019. (LK/AR)
