JAKARTA. PT Jakarta Setiabudi Internasional Tbk (JSPT), a company engaged in the property business, will prepare a working capital of Rp 1 trillion to develop hotel and tourism projects.
Lie Erfurt Chandra Putra Asali, Director of JSPT, said that most of the working capital will come from the company's internal cash. "30% is from internal, the rest is obtained from loans," Asali was quoted as saying by Kontan on Thursday (28/11) yesterday.
A number of potential areas that will be developed by JSPT next year are Belitung, Deli Serdang, Labuan Bajo, and Natuna Island. This potential, said Asali, was strengthened further by the tourism area development initiative undertaken by the government.
But Asali did not mention any partner that will collaborate with the company to execute the plan. "We have not yet determined to partner with a particular entity, but we continue to be open to the potential for cooperation on the development in these locations," he explained. (KR/AR)
