JAKARTA - The Board of Commissioners of PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BBCA) approved the plan to distribute an interim dividend of Rp 100 per share.
As quoted from the company's disclosure, Raymon Yonarto, Corporate Secretary of PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BBCA) stated that the interim dividend would be paid on 20 December 2019 to shareholders who are registered by 9 December 2019. Cum dividend stocks will be available in the regular and negotiations market until 5 December 2019, and 9 December in the cash market.
According to the company's financial statements, the company has generated Rp 20.92 trillion in net profit by Q3 2019. (LK/AR)
