Bukit Nusa Harapan asked a decrease in debt interest in ICBC worth Rp 85.83 billion

JAKARTA - PT Bukit Nusa Harapan (BNH), a subsidiary of PT Bukit Uluwatu Villa Tbk (BUVA) restructured a loan facility worth Rp 85.83 billion from PT Bank ICBC Indonesia. This step includes extending the principal repayment period and decreasing credit interest.

Quoted from the disclosure of company information, Benita Sofia, Corporate Secretary of PT Bukit Uluwatu Villa Tbk (BUVA) said debt restructuring will reduce the obligations of BNH that are due in the near future.

The types of loans provided by ICBC are in the form of fixed loans on instalment (PTI) signed on April 25, 2016, worth Rp 110 billion and fixed loan facilities on demand-B (PTD-B) of Rp 20 billion. This loan facility is used for the construction of 56 condotel units in Uluwatu, Bali and financing receivables from the sale of condotel units. (LK)
