JAKARTA - International Finance Corporation (IFC) provided a loan facility of US$ 150 million for PT Bank BTPN Tbk (BTPN). The loan facility agreement was signed by both parties on 3 December 2019.
As quoted from the company's disclosure, Dini Herdini, Corporate Secretary of PT Bank BTPN Tbk (BTPN) said that the loan facility will be used to provide financing for MSMEs.
According to the company's financial statements, as of Q3 2019, BTPN has received Rp 32.53 trillion of loans, 280% higher than its figure in 31 December 2018. The company also recorded Rp 6.17 trillion of subordinated loans. (LK/AR)
