JAKARTA - PT Bekasi Fajar Industrial Estate Tbk (BEST) obtained a loan facility of JPY 3.9 billion from Nomura Special Investments Singapore Pte Ltd. The agreement for the loan facility was signed on 6 December 2019.
As quoted from the company's disclosure, Herdian, Corporate Secretary of PT Bekasi Fajar Industrial Estate Tbk (BEST) said the loan facility would be used to repay another loan facility obtained by the company.
"The remainder will be used to pay interest reserves, a number of expenses arising from credit agreements, land purchases, and financing distribution for infrastructure development related to land," he said.
According to him, the tenor of the loan facility is 60 months or 5 years, with an interest of 2% + 3 month TIBOR. (LK/AR)
