JAKARTA - PT PP London Sumatra Indonesia Tbk (LSIP) will sell 2.9 million shares obtained during its buyback period to support the company's liquidity. On 9 December 2019, the price of LSIP shares was recorded at Rp 1,425 per share.
As quoted from the company's disclosure, Endah R Madnawidjaja, Corporate Secretary of PT PP London Sumatra Indonesia Tbk (LSIP) said that the shares that will be sold were obtained during the company's buyback, which was carried out from 18 July to 21 August 2013. "We appoint PT Harita Kencana Sekuritas to sell those shares, "he said.
The sale will be carried out within 14 days after the announcement of the plan. (LK/AR)
