JAKARTA. PT Dian Swastatika Sentosa Tbk (DSSA) has obtained a loan facility from PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk (BMRI) worth US $ 223.5 million earlier this week.
Susan Chandra, Corporate Secretary of DSSA, said that all of the loan facility will be used to develop its main business in the field of electricity generation, as well as the business of its subsidiaries. "The plan is to continue the company's existing projects," Chandra said as quoted by Kontan on Thursday (12/12) today.
For information, the loan has a tenor of 51 months with an interest rate of 3-month LIBOR + 4.5% per annum. DSSA uses its fixed assets as collateral for the loan facility.
At present, DSSA is working on its Kalteng-1 Steam Power Plant (PLTU) project. The plant has a capacity of 2x100 megawatts. This project is targeted to be completed in the first quarter of 2020. (KR/AR)
